Always refrain from trusting anyone you work with, avoid HR and company surveys at all costs, or at the very least lie profusely.

Or do as I did a few years ago and call out incompetence infront of a group of managers (including the then state manager)

Ruffled a few feathers. My boss had to calmly tell me to "rethink when and how you say things". Probably should have, if I had cared.

Took 'em a year to finally cut me loose. Lol dumb fucks.

You are assuming the company wasn't running as intended, ineptitude and all at a junior level. As plain as day for all to see except for the retards who don't know how retarded they are.

It was quite feasible that the development team have selected most middle management based on Myers-Briggs typological assessment for being sycophants. That the real business is not what you assume it to be, but perhaps a form of adventure capitalism with a portfolio focus on long-term real estate investment opportunities.

Boomers don't realize the bulk of companies they work for are simply jewish money laundering operations using dumbfuck boomer goys as their front.

Also, if you complain to an assailant (of any nature) about their behavior. Be certain to never include the things that irritated you the most. You will want to shine light on them but when you do, they get confirmation on what bothers you. ie: They know "over the target"

The real game is to convince the black girl to complain about whatever bothers you, and add in a faggot if necessary. Never have the complaint trace back to you.

Exactly, don't tell people what bothers you because then they can cover it up while others are looking.

I can attest to this profusely. The company is never your friend. Go to work. Keep your mouth shut and my bills.

This world blows.

Every part of the "Company" serves the "Company" and not you.

Companies are not merry bands of friends.

Boomers have no grasp of the concept of HR and how it has destroyed the job market.

A handful of third party companies all run by jews say yay or nay to you being employable.

You must not participate in this economy.

You must create a non taxable parallel immediately.

Meme is 169% correct.

The last exit interview I did I destroyed the HR hiring manager and the interviewers who said I was going to converted to FTE and 2 weeks later my contract was ending. They kept trying to steer the conversation to two specific people but I wasn't falling for it. I called that hiring manager everything aside from racist terms.

HR: where some fat useless bitch tells you "Unfortunately you didn't pass the test" after stating you're not vaccinated.. when you know you're better than your buddy in the other room filling out his new hire paperwork. I have never been hired by a company with HR and never plan on it at this point. Fuck those drone faggots making sub 30 an hour.

It should be renamed livestock management

HR supports Globohomo, destruction of companies is just another part of the depopulation plan.

HR is a requirement along with diversity officers now to get loans for larger companies. Only kike banks create us dollars. People need to learn to USE bitcoin and cryptocurrency. I'm not telling you to invest. I'm telling you to USE them. We will all die if we just keep using our enemy's money.

Most don't even know only banks create us dollars. The govt. DOES NOT create dollars. They maintain physical bills and coins but are paid in digital dollars by the central bank for that service.

This, and it is also a basic form of liability coverage. This follows from the nature of bureaucracies. HR serves a function similar to the function accounting does for financial facts, just for facts about how the company relates to employees. It is still a form of accounting.

We did such and such on this date, blah blah blah. Not to mention, the amount of internal analysis that now takes place means HR departments are constantly producing reports full of statistics about the group-level features of their practices. This is largely to defend against claims by employees against the company.

Companies don't want to pay out from litigation against them. The evolution of the corporate world has mostly been a story about how companies are forced to pay, and then they institute things that make them not have to pay for that same reason ever again. Then they share knowledge, through consulting businesses that make big bucks. All to form these elaborate shields protecting employers from employees.

This has all become extremely fucking bloated in the last few decades with the rise of intersectional politics over race, gender, age, handicaps, you name it.

Also, OP's advice about what you say at work is very important. I've learned this the hard way. People you think are your friends will utilize things you've said in the past against you, at any future point they see an opportunity to get ahead by doing so. Things might be totally friendly at the time you say it, but memories are long, and especially in today's world of reputation assault as the main form of competition, you've got to be careful what you divulge.

Be wary of people who frequently try to build rapport with you by soliciting you to complain about others, especially higher-ups. I was literally gamed by a woman at a previous employer who flirted around and got me into these 'muh casual' conversations, just to then funnel all of this to the boss. Mind you, she was complaining too, but she exploited the notion that this was 'just between us'.

Don't trust anybody, or at least, hold on loosely. Friends in the workplace can become non-friends, just like that.

Lastly, also be cautious about this gross, recent trend of boundary-breaking between work and non-work life. I've observed far too much non-work bonding between employees. There are too many reasons to get into here.

This, and it is also a basic form of liability coverage. This follows from the nature of bureaucracies. HR serves a function similar to the function accounting does for financial facts, just for facts about how the company relates to employees.

The premise of HR is to beget liability to the employer, or better yet to the company by minimising risk from breaches im policy or legislation they are required to adhere to.

The reality is, if everyone is getting along, HR is effectively out of a job so they create drama because HR is not even operationally adjunct in any company. It is a bunch of diversity hires telling managers how to do their jobs when they can't even tell shit from clay.

Really depends on where you work and how well you word your replies. Arguing that the company shouldn't cater to jews and niggers isn't productive, but telling your management that you really don't care about half the garbage they're spewing at you and reminding them that the business relationship is between employees and employer as well as customers cuts the bullshit when they know they need you more than they need to impress some uppity culture hire.
