Cosmic rays create cloud seeding, but cosmic rays are blocked out by the heliosphere.

Great paper, and I love the charts at the bottom. One thing I didn't find in my quick skim is, what causes reduction in cloud cover? Maybe I missed it, but it would be good to know...

Sketchy link to changes in land use. Changes in cosmic rays will effect cloud cover. it appears the sun's magnetic field strength is reflected in the sun spot activity. High sun spots/magnetic field, blocks cosmic rays from the earth. Low sun spots/ magnetic field allow increased cosmic ray bombardment of earth. High cosmic rays make more clouds, cool the earth, less cosmic rays gives clear sky and warming. (Svensmark
