Caffeine is a natural pesticide. Thats why so many plants produce it. Same with nicotine.

Apparently only in India so far, just like Singha beer contains propylene glycol (car anti-freeze) I doubt India has much regulation when it comes to food and drink.

Not just Filipino beer, all standard mass-produced American beer except Millers contains trace amounts of formaldehyde. Beers like Budweiser and Coors also contain herbicides (weed killers).
