He's an idiot. For real though someone renting a super tiny apartment like this does so because they have no income and this is all they can get approved for.

Thank god I'm not the US. Higher NMW, rent for a 3 bedroom house, garden, 99% white town is about 400-500 a month and people still complain it's too high, which it is, but compared the US it's paradise.

Like everywhere in the west, it won't last.

$3,300 - $9,500 is the range for 3 bedroom houses on my zillo. Around $4-4.5K is where you'd start to want to live in one of them. They get nice around $5,500, and above $7K they're pretty livable.

There's a 4 bd/3 ba/3,558 sqft for $21,000 per month.

There's an ugly little 'garage-shed combo' looking thing 1 bd/1 ba/562 sqft for $3,569/mo

You too could live here.

That’s the rental price for month?

[ - ] anon 2778876 1 point 2.6 yearsNov 18, 2022 23:39:50 ago (+1/-0)

That is the rental price per month, yes. It's a town on the California coast in a pretty favorable location.

No sympathy for retarded faggots. He could live somewhere else. He could get a studio apartment in Queens for that.

Nice.

[ - ] anon 2213747 1 point 2.6 yearsNov 18, 2022 11:19:55 ago (+1/-0)

Meanwhile, I pay less than that for a 1500 square foot house and an acre of land.

[ - ] anon 3060942 0 points 2.6 yearsNov 18, 2022 12:03:24 ago (+0/-0)

But are there loads of niggers? Because at that price, I might kind of expect there to be large numbers of niggers.

[ - ] anon 2213747 0 points 2.6 yearsNov 19, 2022 10:17:23 ago (+0/-0)

There are not.

[ - ] 2Drunk 1 point 2.6 yearsNov 19, 2022 11:03:32 ago (+1/-0)

What? What sort of creatures are you using to pick the cotton if not niggers?

NYC, Manhattan

[ - ] anon 3389438 0 points 2.6 yearsNov 18, 2022 12:42:59 ago (+0/-0)

Lol, I pay less than that on my mortgage; my house is larger than 2,000 square feet, and the town I'm in is 99% white. Renting a place like this would probably cost about $1500-$1600/month though, so perhaps not the best comparison. But still.

[ - ] anon 2778876 0 points 2.6 yearsNov 18, 2022 12:48:03 ago (+0/-0)

Add your daily transportation costs to reach his specific location, and the truth of that old real estate adage will spring forth.

The fewer the people who want to live in a specific location, the lower the price the seller can extract from a buyer. (hence those $100 houses in Detroit) Same goes the other direction. The more competition to occupy a specific location, the more energy needed to succeed.

[ - ] anon 3112599 [op] 0 points 2.6 yearsNov 18, 2022 18:28:53 ago (+0/-0)

Shit I can buy a house for 100$?

[ - ] anon 2778876 0 points 2.6 yearsNov 18, 2022 18:48:10 ago (+0/-0)

You could for a time. Note there may be additional costs that come with ownership of the property, and your odds of being murdered are high if you ever go there.

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Detroit,+MI/@42.3789257,-82.9506657,2311a,35y,243.31h,0.8t/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x8824ca0110cb1d75:0x5776864e35b9c4d2!8m2!3d42.331427!4d-83.0457538

But just look at all that open space you'd have around you! You could practically have a farm right there.

The town I live in is one of the fastest growing cities in Georgia. We bought a house in the rural conservation zone though. I still drive less than 10 miles to work.

I have a bunch of relatives in the upper northwest corner, but that state is too negro to visit.

[ - ] anon 1853997 1 point 2.6 yearsNov 18, 2022 10:33:42 ago (+1/-0)

He’s an asshole. I went to school in NYC. Couldn’t afford anything so I lived across the river in Hackensack. Lex Luthor tried to nuke Hackensack in the first Superman movie, with good reason. It was a bit of a hassle taking the PATH to get into the city, but no more than any other commuter endures to get to work/school.

This asshole wants to live in one of the most desirable parts of town. Most people in the US has heard of the East Village. For that, you’re going to pay. From what I’ve heard from friends that still live in Manhattan, the East Village has de-evolved into what it was in the 70’s. A dangerous ghetto filled with multi-million dollar brownstones.

[ - ] anon 3060942 0 points 2.6 yearsNov 18, 2022 12:06:10 ago (+0/-0)

Ive heard it is worse now than it was in the 70s, but I guess it all just depends on perspective and what specific data points you look at. Like, it is more dangerous, but the brownstones are remodeled so tastefully!(they're not. it is a crime how gay some of them have been ruinated).
