Also he said he was going to propose it in Geneva for international health care regulation. What the hell is international regulation? There is no such thing. There should be no such thing. Regulation implies government. International regulation implies world government. Yet some were called crazy to say that's what they are trying to implement. Maybe they aren't crazy but insightful.
