I've corrected my phone so many times when it capitalizes "jews," it finally gave up and agrees with me now, haha!

Pretty sure you can make autocorrect replace words with what you want it to be.

You can in iOS and Android, just go into typing settings. I've decapitalized jew and israel, for instance.
