A class action lawsuit has been filed against the US state of Massachusetts for what the plaintiffs claim is a case of covert mass surveillance carried out via “Covid spyware” installed on over one million phones.

Ahh yes, a (((lawsuit))) that will do nothing but enrich the jewish lawyers on both sides, and people who had their rights violated will get a $10 Google Play credit or something.

The proper response would be to track down those responsible for green-lighting this method of intrusion, and "show them the error of their ways." I leave the manner of such enlightenment as an exercise for the reader's imagination.

Auto install of ANYTHING should be illegal. If my OS/device needs an update they can make me aware it's available and that's all.

i hope they win the lawsuit but i'm not holding my breath. the people loved the abuse because they thought that it was going to make them safe

Only Massachusetts? Can't wait for lawsuits for the other states who have "COVID outbreak notifications" as well.
