I am for a world where people have agency over their own existence. If you want to commit suicide that's your business. But I suppose it can never be that simple. Of course these therapists and doctors will start coaching people.

Though from some of the horror stories I've heard I could also see situations where therapists talk clients out of suicide not for the sake of their own well being but because they don't want to lose a client. Those people will stop at nothing to retain their cash cow.

I thought we were pro-eugenics? There is the idea of soft eugenics where you do what you can without violating the consent of any party. An example would be requiring voluntary sterilization to continue welfare beyond a certain time period. Pretty much the most straight forward one is to allowing those who want to commit suicide to do so.
