Smoke unfiltered anything and you will get emphysema same as a coal miner. Don't be a retard. You're not supposed to breath that much particulates and I know weed smokers inhale deep and hold the smoke in longer. That's just asking for emphysema.

Not just emphesyma ..also copd. In 20 something year olds. I dont know what it is with stoners but they always have to have the a/c on blast and have to sit right in front of it. Even in winter. I think that also contributes.
