Fentanyl deaths primarily affect White, gentiles. Jews are in control of the pharmaceutical companies and are intentionally killing White people (edom) to fulfill torah prophecy. That’s why the jewish media ignores this fact, but exploits non-issues (BLM, abortion, gun reform) in to the mainstream narrative.
Opioid users in general. Remember the Oxy epidemic? Some moved on to heroin, but most moved on to street methadone or black market pressed pills. Virtually every street opioid including heroin is now cut with fentanyl along with other random RC opioids. The RCs are killing just as much as the fent.
Edit: As vile as I think Kratom is, I do believe it's a good outlet for people struggling with opioid abuse.
I can't count the number of people I knew who are now six feet under or sitting on a mantle. Watching opiates destroy lives is hell.
They're by definition criminals. Whether or not they're scumbags is another issue.
Anecdotally, almost everyone I knew on that crap was blue collar; welders, electricians, plumbers, warehouse workers, etc. There were a handful of white collars as well including an insurance underwriter, a doctor, a book publisher, and an accountant. The last person I knew who died of an OD was the heir to a certain popular chain of restaurants.
Keep in mind many of these people were hooked thanks to doctors in the 00s that would prescribe ridiculously high doses of these drugs for anything and everything, keep patients going with refills for sometimes years, then drop the script altogether with no warning. I saw it happen time and time again, which is why I denied prescriptions, sometimes forcefully against doctors for every injury I had. I have one story about a doctor telling me to just take the script for my shattered knuckle and fucking sell them on the street. He wouldn't let me leave without it. I did not fill it.
I met a grand total of two opiate addicts who were totally amoral, criminal scum, and they were not my friends. Both heroin junkies from the start.
Agreed on the "by definition criminals", and overdosing on drugs to your death is pretty much the opposite of 'smart'. Was wise of you to decline the drug offers.
I've had a couple prescriptions of Oxycontin, but it's not something you'd want to take if you weren't having severe pain. Might even have a couple left in my 'emergency drug stash' of old prescriptions. This was back in the 00s. Seemed like a normal amount of pills though. That's where you take as needed, then end up with a small amount of leftovers.
Also, the Oxy was the only pain killer I've had that actually worked. That should be easily available to anyone experiencing pain. Not like an ache, but pain that's fairly unbearable. My expectation would be that the patient would be responsible enough to not take drugs (and opiates in particular) that they don't need. If they can't self-regulate, then perhaps they're not needed.

Drugs like mushrooms and marijuana (federally) are illegal too, but in a completely different category from manufactured drugs.

I don't know why anyone believes any of the numbers at this point.
