It looks like the house is right across the street from a bunch of section 8 or refugee housing units. There aren't college kids living in those.

The two long rows of units (8 in front/8 in back directly across the street from 1122)
There's also another two long rows of other units just past the fence across from their driveway. It says 1122 Kings Rd, by it looks like the house is closer to Queens Rd.
You can see it clearly on "street view".
