This is retarded, drink a gallon of water, wait 5 minutes and jump up, and land with your legs locked. The water pressure will hydraulically force the stone like a water hammer. I've passed stones in 20 minutes this way.

Most of mine are due to oxalate from almonds, I stopped eating almonds and I haven't had a stone in over 10 years.

Do you have access to a trampoline or rebounder? See my other comment on this thread. I'm only familiar because my grandmother and dad sometimes get kidney stones.

Honestly it does make sense that some physical education might cause kidney stones to rub against each other and break up. If that's the truth then it seems like just jumping up and down in place every morning would probably have a pretty good effect.

Makes sense to me. I mean if you really want all those little Stones shaking against each other to grind themselves down into small particles. At the least it would take some of the sharp edges off so if you did pass them they wouldn't be as painful. Some of those f****** have little spikes. I think I would try it if I had some. I'll just leave that shaker right over the top of my bladder

If Disneyworld isn't your cup of tea, Busch Gardens might be an option.

In all seriousness, chanca piedra (stone breaker) may be an effective option. Perhaps a rebounder would work too. And there are other options.

I imagine the speed and force of a rollercoaster is what makes it so good. But if the principle is true your methods would work but take longer or generally be less efficient.
