Anybody else having trouble uploading to catbox and other image sites?

I get the similar stalled upload on all these sites. I tried different browser etc.

postimages.org
pic8.co
pomf.cat
"Server responded with 0 code." on catbox and pomf others just hangs around 80% uploaded stuck forever, small files, anything.

Catbox has been working consistently for me today.
