And then Lou Wasserman when the courts began to hand down rulings against his near Monopoly of both agents and sag and motion pictures he decided he needed to run somebody for president and so he ran Reagan for president. Reagan's big financial payoff was Lew Wasserman selling him land that Wasserman owned high in the mountains in the northwest of Los Angeles for way below market price which became the famous ranch that Reagan went to and where he retired. If there is a collapse/parallel government then things will go back to basics.

For example, what are "taxes" supposed to do (the stage before they become evil)? They are supposed to be people pooling money to do things they couldn't do as individuals. So where in this is welfare? Educating other people's kids? Making sure college professors have better lives than you do? Sending money to other cities/counties/states/countries? Making rich people richer? So when you are giving money to the parallel government to do their projects they had better be doing what you want, and voting will go back to being restricted to those paying in, and will not allow people to vote themselves into power/wealth (black females voting for more gibs).

Basically, people who don't contribute to the tax base shouldn't have a say on how taxes are spent. That includes tax funded people; if you are a teacher making $50k and "paying" $10k in taxes then you are funded by taxes $40k, you aren't paying in, you are a burden on society and should not have no say on how taxes are spent.
