The first I was aware of doctor assisted suicide being available in Canada was from a post here on VOAT just the other day and it didn't sit well with me that in this country doctors aren't healing they're killing, and I kind of left it at that.
Today at 4.00pm I received a text and I'm floored.
My good buddy brother of 45years, a man who covered a lot of miles on two wheels with me, a man who was every bit as intelligent as Von Braun, Speer, Archimedes etc, sent me a text that because of his debilitating and crippling pre death condition he's "checking out" tomorrow morning at 11.00AM with his wife, son and brother at his side.
This is DEATH ROW and all I can think about is the next 17hrs and it sucks...sudden death doesn't have this effect.
Dr. assisted suicide is here in canada and it just affected me...
I've never felt like this before, I've never been faced with "deadline" involving a "planned death". This one's hard.

When he was done the guy looked at me and said he'd never spoken with anyone about it.
It's infuriating to think about how many people have had their conditions worsened due to not having access to proper healthcare thanks to the stupid lockdowns and the mass importation of hundreds of thousands of parasites over the past few years. Will you be able to go see him first?
