do a yourtube search of an argentinian talking spanish and compare it to a colombian or mexican or peruan. from rio grande to patagonia more "latin/hispanics" are of mestizo descent. others are mulatto thanks to the import of niggers by the spanish during the slave trade. mulattoes are found mostly in the caribbean side of latin america.
