Excellent info, thank you for sharing. I don't think there's an official paper on it, but there is or was a guy named Dr. Podkletnov who did some excellent antigravity work which boiled down to this: a superconductive ring spinning at 7k rpm and then charged with about 3 million electron volts generated a 5% reduction in gravity in a column above the rotating ring. They could detect the effect extending through the building in a vertical cylinder above the device for several floors, as far as they could detect in the building. There were no frequencies involved to my knowledge, but the system could be stacked to produce net effects greater than earth gravity.

Spends 90% of his time saying everybody else is stupid hints that he knows things no one else knows. Never actually gives you any detail of what those are. Pretends to not be interested in those because he's already figured them out and he's actually interested in something else in this case the power source. He's actually just an amalgamation of most of the websites that you'll read about and have never heard him say anything that someone else hasn't said before. He wrote his whole book The secret of gravity or whatever it was but she made available for free which at least I'll give him credit for that but it's very hard to read because literally three quarters of every paragraph is saying how stupid everybody else is.
