The 5610 is the best value square. Grab some nato adapters or better yet, a combi bracelet. You'll thank me later.

That red is a shout-out to the original in 1983, but I wish I could buy it with a different color stripe or no stripe.

The combi bracelet is plastic and weighs nothing. Maybe you're thinking the black steel one available on higher end models? Get a $7 knockoff on ali, trust me.

I have some of those rubber adapters for the kid's 9052's. J&K on ebay are metal. I also have theirs in 18mm for my ae1200 (royale).

That's the one. It has fitted pins in each link instead of spring bars like the Casio OEM bracelet. Still looks close to the original. You can get a nice rolled clasp in black pretty cheap on there, too.

Yeah, terrible. Try the thin ones with 16mm pins on one end and 22mm (24mm?) pins on the other. They're nearly invisible assuming the color matches.

I did not purchase this watch to illicit anything. You're the dumb faggot thinking a tool watch is a fashion statement. I purchased this specific watch because I wanted accurate time, timer for stretches and HIIT, stop watch, alarm I could count on, time zone for cross-state business, something small and light, inexpensive so I wouldn't care about damage or loss, had a metal bar to prevent screen scratches when I reach my hands into tight spaces, and lastly something I would be happy to have on my wrist if SHTF.

The grand seiko you mention is JEWelry. It isn't functional. While its horological aspects are impressive and its design is beautiful it is not something I want on my wrist because it imposes a limitation to my actions.

This is precisely why I brought up phones and cars and belts. They are functional items. It doesn't matter what the brand is, what matters is the purpose they serve. That's why I buy cars that have AWD, phones with an unlocked bootloader, boots that can stand a beating, and belts that can support my body weight.

I picked one that's easy to maintain and made significant modifications. My oil change takes 5 minutes and costs $25. Nice. I have a G-Shock G-Steel which I paid $380 for and really enjoyed for about 9 months but no longer works now. The G-Shock store in Manhattan is only open 6 hours a day, so I never have time to get over there and see if it can be fixed and for how much.
