He'd better hope he wins, and wins a LOT of money, because just by bringing this he is making himself unemployable. Take it from someone who has successfully sued and won against 3 employers. Ended up starting a cooperative company for a bit, then said fuck it, bought a sailboat and went off grid leaving well and cheap.
During Pinellas county’s short mask mask mandate I wore a nice leopard print T-back as a mask to reiterate how fucking stupid and irrelevant it was. After DeSantis killed the mandatory mandates, If a business attempted to make me wear a mask here, I would always make the point to explain that a chain link fence will not keep the mosquitoes out, therefore I am the one trusting the science. Not only did I not do business with them, I STILL won’t do business with them and let them know it when possible. I know damned well many, many of my fellow beloved Florida man did the same. In my case I know of several beach shops and restaurants that survived until the owner’s decided to make customers continue to mask up. Business dwindles from locals, but the fucking New Yorkers were infesting here. They then mandated employees get the DNA modification and lost most of the workers. That ended them quickly, and good riddance.
I think successfully suing these employers for the mandate will be common down here. These people would gladly do it again be they feel righteous. They need to be taught a painful lesson by taking the same lively hood away from them that they felt empowered and obligated to take from “inferior” science deniers.
Glad my job did not mandate it but tried to force us to wear masks I did for a little bit but people that were not vaxxed started to just not comply and stopped wearing them and they never really asked about vax status.
My company initially attempted it but the feedback they got made them reconsider even though the ramifications of having non vaxxed employees were also difficult.
It ended up a good thing because if it had gone beyond "initially" not only would they NOT have non vaxxed employees but they'd have ONE employee. Myself, I would have denied it over and over again and then after it passed I would have quit and told them why just out of principle.
I wonder if we'll see pilots filing against the airliners.
They wanted all the pilots of the big planes dead or unable to fly.
The top of the airliner chain will still be rich if class actions lawsuits occur because they'd probably just sue the government for the mandates. So then they take even more from our pockets. They'd make money off of us by having restitution paid by the tax payer as well as increased flight tickets while they don't have enough maintenance workers, attendants, and pilots.
We can't sue the vaccine manufacturers, but we sure as hell can grab them from their homes and hang them from a lamppost.
Same thing with everyone who you have a grudge against, but can't punish through the system.
Bankers, CEOs, politicians, celebrities, police officers, judges, all the untouchable people are in fact very touchable.
It was in fact a key point that if the system failed you, you were expected to form a mob and exact the justice denied you by returning to the old ways.
This is the way things used to be, a long time ago.
Then came modernity, and with it the cult ideology that those in power were just as held in check by the system as the rest of us, in the movies we saw countless examples of the system coming down on wealthy and powerful men, we also saw so many examples of stories and heroes who taught us the lesson that all justice should be sought through the system, and through the system only, bypassing it in any way was a bad thing to do, even when the system was broken we were told it could fix itself, that there would always be good men inside it trying to change things legitimately.
We started to beleive it, they told us it was hard to let the system handle things, which appealed to us as a message because the fact is that doing nothing was and tolerating injustice was easy, nobody wanted to be a revolutionary, even antifa wouldn't do anything until it had the confirmation that the system would protect them from any consequences for their misbehavior.
Nobody is a coward for boldly breaking the law, that's a hard thing to do, and it's a very risky thing as well, in fact, it almost never pays off, most likely you will be harshly punished and also widely shamed for it, furthermore you will be hurting the reputation of whatever cause the media and justice system will attribute to your actions.
Violence from someone who isnt powerful is only ever justified after they win. I'm all other times and cases, the establishment wins the fight for public approval by default, the loser which such a person will likely be is known as a villain and hated.
In the end the moral victor is whoever the prevailing culture tells the public to sympathize with, and the moral loser is whoever they people are told was the bad guy by the dominant culture.
People really don't think for themselves, they like to have their opinions told to them, or to not have an opinion at all.
Nothing is irreversible in the minds of modern people, so many of them have a difficulty understanding that things change and you can't just go back to the way things used to be, this influences how they behave and contribute to decisions through the political process, they think everything is an easy fix, or that nothing ever really changes forever, or that the past that has ended cannot or should not have an effect on the future.
They fail to grasp permanence.
The recent outbreak of people in my life apologizing to me and assuming that convincing me they are sorry means I have to forgive them, let alone go back to having the relationships I used to have with them is a good sign of this failure to understand that some things done cannot be undone, not completely, and not easily.
Moat kids go through a time when they experience some change that lasts forever, they offend a friend in a way that either ends their friendship of permenantly alters it in some profound way.
I feel as if a lot of people who are grown ass adults today never had experiences like that, because it seems like they think that either everything lasts forever or that everything can just revert to the previous status quo again if things ever take a turn for the worse.
They are undergoing a mass awakening, things can never be as they used to, everything had changed, and even if we were able to wave our hands and undo the changes these dolts had made, there will be lasting effects that will haunt us.
There's stories of people who were falsely incarcerated for only a year or so, yet were changed forever by it, even after the system did everything to make it clear that the person sentenced was wholly innocent, a full year of their life was taken from them, that never comes back to them, and you could expect every reaction they have to be as justified as it is extreme.
A story on reddit about a man in college who was falsely accused of rape, his life was ruined even long after his name was cleared, his entire personality changed permanently, he lost his trust in his own family, all his friends left him, his relationship with his fiance ended, and his school had a policy that kept him from ever coming back, so his career dreams were gone as well.
When you burn yourself on a hot iron and remove the iron from your skin, the effects of that iron's presence don't just fade away.
A good relationship that turns abusive might never be able to return to its previous state, trust is lost even after the abuser has changed themselves and the victim had recovered, what had existed between them is now gone forever.
So many people out there right now that I'm trying to seem to not get the message that everything is different now, and the old days will not be returning.
I feel divided on this. On the one hand small companies will likely be destroyed by this putting more control in the megacorps. On the other hand, they went along with the program and deserve to be culled. Tough issue...
We will go after anyone and everyone we can. We will start with lawsuits and elections. We will progress to inquisitions and treason trials. We will not stop until we have life sentences and the death penalty.
The government forced any company with at least 100 employees including contrators and freelancers to require the poison poke even if they all worked remotely.
Yes they did. Private business couldn't operate unless they meet the 'guild lines and recommendations' put out by the WHO/ CDC and enacted by various Health authorities under Govt mandate enforcement regulation, that they had rushed into law under emergency all over the world. It was what event 201 was all about - the regulatory authority process across corporate/ business and Govt entity.
How does this kill small businesses? It was overwhelmingly big businesses that required it. Any small business that did is owned by a far left activist who deserves to lose their business anyway.
Walmart is not gonna hurt, but your local store might go out of business.
Megacorporations and corporations in general are socialist communist constructs, they come into existence through government interference in the market which they lobby for (creating a disgusting collusion between state and markets that is a defining trait of socialism), they then centralize production and distribution of goods and services under themselves as they grow into oligopolies that merge into what are functionally monopolies, and soon they help sneak in communism through the back door just as it was predicted that they would.
The true masters of the world keep both companies and governments in pine with bullshit like ESG scores, you'd think the corporate leaders would see the end goals of these manipulators but I've only realized recently how low the bar is for someone to be considered smart, I'm considered intelligent, and for me that's troubling because of how stupid it indicates most people being. We already live in an idiocracy, but one far worse than anything you'd see depicted in cinema.

It was the plan all along, pass the actual enforcement of an illegitimate mandate onto private / small business owners to avoid the coming shit storm and have private individuals know pay the compensation for vaxx injuries - with the added bonus of possibly putting many small business into liquidation/ bankruptcy - another win for big corporate.
Yep Concur. Even tho one could argue They all were in a do it and be complicit or else situation, it still remains tha the correct decision would have been to take the or else, i may not be a business owner but i did take the 'or else'. No work for two entire years in the building trade bc of the vaxx mandates and 99% of retarded homeowners demanding proof of vaccination/ mask requirements even for under the table cash/ weekend jobs. So fck every other cunt that supported this bs and went along with it , even when claiming it was wrong and only doing it under duress.

If you took it, you are responsible. No one pinned you down.
If you demanded others take it. You bear guilt.
If you prescribed or administrated it, youre guilty of crimes against humanity
