The Powerball has been delayed, it was not pulled last night, they have been unable to count all the tickets in California. They will announce Joe Biden has win the Powerball later today.

A lottery is rigged public theft/money laundering. Do you really think (they) would release that much money to someone not controlled by (them)? Not a chance. Same as the likelihood of you winning. Not a chance.

Yeah, I've met a few, including some family members. Never the bigger prizes, but occasionally someone would win a few grand or hundred.

In the course of my work dealt with a number of cases involving lotto winners. The biggest one was about 30 million.

The commonest gripe was people taking their relative or friend to court because they felt they didn't receive enough!

I have always looked at the lottery as a voluntary state income tax with a possibility of a refund. Is it rigged? You bet your fucking ass. I have never known anyone personally who hit a jackpot but I know a few who got 5 out of 6 numbers and paid off their house, debt or whatnot.

I never play because I am not a lucky person. I never get a single number, even if I pick them out or the quick pick thing.

I bought 20 dollars of random generated numbers.. out of all my numbers I think I had about 5 that hit and not the power ball number on any...

I might as well have wiped my ass with the 20 dollars and flushed it.

I'll let you in on a little secret, The NFL is fake as hell too. A couple of holding calls, bad pass interference and key penalties or lack of in key points of the game is enough to determine outcome. Generally the last team to have possesion wins.

Even if the lottery wasn't rigged; it works like socialism.

If you look at the list of weekly winners it's like lots of five dollar winners, ten dollar winners and not many hundred dollar winners and the big weekly prize isn't won by anyone.

In my work I've met a couple of lottery winners. Family disputes that ended up in court and one a case of a lady scammed out of her winnings (trusted the wrong people).

I once won $980.

Eh, nothing wrong with buying a $10 ticket every so often. I'm not a big gambler but I buy tickets in the superdraws - and I could win because I have a ticket.

I think an Australian has a better chance of winning our powerball than an American in their powerball. Like much of modern America, their powerball reeks of corruption.
