No if you look closely she actually has thin cheeks and a small face. She doesn't have a big round face that she's hiding. And her shoulders aren't huge and her neck isn't fat. So it's not really tricks of lighting she just has a head that is completely mismatched to her body.

Just more evidence of my theory that fat people remember themselves from the time they were thin and view their fat body it's just a minor temporary condition so they're really not fat.

The sad thing is even if she went to lose weight people would tell her to do a lemon cleanse or eat weird combinations of foods at different times of the day or of course go to the gym which is impossible for most people cuz most people don't have time and most people don't love being that vain and going to the gym. When all she would really have to do is just not eat much during the day. Or even better completely fast and eat nothing for three or four weeks and she would drop all that weight in like 2 months. It would all be gone and her life would be completely different.
