That's because the poo has an IQ below that of the basketball-american while being as money-hungry and immoral as the jew. In other words, they were too dumb and too cheap to properly fix the bridge that was originally built under white man's rule over a century ago, so predictably it collapsed.

You can also see that they were swaying the bridge, which most certainly contributed to the collapse.
Even ancient armies were smart enough to break stride when crossing bridges for this very reason.
