I've thought about a system of society that auctions off the right to kill someone. Take your population growth for the year, divide by two, that's the number of tickets you sell. The population growth is still positive.

The question is who gets killed. If someone is willing to pay $100,000 and willing to go through with the act themselves knowing that you still have a right to defend yourself and you are the one guy of thousands of people he's met in his life that he picks... maybe you are the right guy to go.

These people know that the narrative about cops being out to get them is false, but also that this false narrative causes cops to actively avoid doing their duties in cases where the perpetrator is of their race, and also that the cops are more eager to go after white people because the more whites they have in the wagon, the more blacks they can wrangle without appearing to be racist as per the false narrative.

this leads to a sense of entitlement from black people that they are invincible as far as the law is concerned, for a long as there is some possibility in the public mind that any arrest of them was racially motivated, they can commit just about any crime they want to in broad daylight and all they need to do is whine that they were only an innocent man who was targeted by racist cops because of the color of his skin.

It's not stupidity, it's dishonesty and pattern recognition, they know how to work the system in their favor by manipulating public sympathies, and they know just as well that there is a massive political empire which is more than eager to help them in their lies and manipulations.
