Wasn't this car the result of Hitler wanting to design better products with longevity for the working class man? Thank goodness the kikes won that war and vehicles are insanely overpriced pieces of crap.

2022 cost to fill up a tank of gas, your left nut.

[ - ] Clubberlang 0 points 1.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 22:44:32 ago (+0/-0)

Almost, but if you sell your left nut for 1,595 you can finally afford a full tank.

I sold my last car a 2013, during the peak used car prices, i intend to buy a pre 1972 Chevy or Ford 350/351 engine based truck. I can replace every part myself and i can stockpile every day wear parts cheaply

Nowadays, in a city of 1 million people, VW doesn't even keep a fuel rail o ring in stock. Took 10 days to source 1 o ring to fix me mums Golf after a bad ring ruptured and filled her engine bay with fuel.

AU$700, car is 5 years old.

Might I suggest ecstuning.com or urotuning.com for parts. Not sure about their service to Aus though.

Nearly all passenger cars sold in the last several decades use monocoque construction, where there's no frame and the vehicle's body doubles as the structure that holds everything together. This is mainly because it makes the vehicle a lot lighter, which helps reduce fuel consumption. It's practically illegal to build cars like this in the US any more.
