this is why contractors hire mexicans

they show up every day and work their asses off for less money. 20x the work ethic blacks have. white guys need to answer their phone every 15 minutes and think its their right to be high on the job all day.

I have a Masters from one of the best ten schools in the US and I looked for work for fucking YEARS. NO ONE would hire me. I don't have tattoos, I don't have a prison record. What do I have? White skin. and I have what communist losers envy- I'm tall, muscular and good looking. I haven't had an ounce of privilege in any part of my life but I look like I do.

So no one would hire me.

I've been to interviews where the interviewer knew less about the job than I did. Still didn't get it. Oh, I've been lied to and talked to like the job is a sure thing. Until I'm out the door then I get that sorry, we decided to go with someone else email. I've even been told they decided against me but asked if I know a woman that can do the job.

Even recently when all the faggots were whining about no one wanting to work. We really mean it this time!! NOPE. Still looking for niggers and faggots to get that social justice cred.

So I made my own business and I sweat over it every day. Fuck you. I'm never working for some faggot that doesn't know shit again. I'm never working for a business that will gladly kick me out if a retard level IQ nigger was available.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks this way. There are a lot of us out there.

[ - ] fnbs 6 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 14:59:52 ago (+6/-0)

You are correct!...There are a lot us white male, well qualified, wanting to work, and they wont even give us a look... its useless niggers everywhere now...

[ - ] NuckFiggers 5 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 15:31:18 ago (+5/-0)*

A lot of us are just preparing for shit to fall apart. It's impossible for shit to stay this way. Already it's coming apart at the seams. I've worked with niggers and, at best, they did the bare minimum. At one job I had a nigger literally begging to be hired. When I finally hired him he just decided not to show up. Another job was me and one fat loser white guy, the rest all niggers and the niggers would all fall asleep during the day so nothing could get done.

I genuinely don't know what they were thinking when they made a concerted, institutionalized push to block out the smartest, most dependable, hardest working demographic from the marketplace. Society can't last this way and I can't wait for shit to completely unravel. Fuck em

We need the opposite

Intellectuals fail

The working class is where the real power is people are just to weak and brainwashed to take action

Mostly due to debt slavery and christ cuckery

Glad to see that you started your own business. I was about to criticize your whole post because you were talking about your masters degree and not getting hired by anybody else and I was thinking to myself if you got a master's degree in business you should be thinking about how to start your own business. These days there are so many ways to start selling things online as resellers or drop shippers and you don't need a lick of money to start. All you got to do is be willing to eat beans and live in a shack until you start making money and you're good.

[ - ] RedBarchetta 0 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 16:22:05 ago (+0/-0)

YOu got that degree and all I can think is: WHY the fuck are you working for someone else? What the fuck did you learn?

NO One gets rich on salary. Where the fuck was your recruiter? Why didn't you intern and prep for your graduation. IDK Having a Masters aint nothing to shake a stick at, you should have taken at least one class how to be an entrepreneur. The most educated people I know, never worked for anyone but their clients.

Did you ever consider you didn't get the job because you are a literal nigger faggot?

[ - ] HeyJames 7 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 12:39:36 ago (+7/-0)

Still, with Mexicans you don't ever know what you're getting. Some are decently skilled and have standards, others just kind of wing it while pretending to know what they're doing and fuck everything up. Better to build a good team of white men and take care of them do they stay. That, however only happens for companies who can attract the cream of the crop.

[ - ] con77 [op] 7 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 12:53:43 ago (+7/-0)

I refinished antique wood floors for 10 years. The good hire that progressed in the trade and eventually ran his own crew was few and far between. early 2000's.

[ - ] PotatoWhisperer 7 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 13:29:20 ago (+7/-0)

One thing I would like to see is less taxes and regulations on the workin' man so that he can work on his own far easier.

It would make finding flooring specialists easier at least.

[ - ] lord_nougat 6 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 14:12:29 ago (+6/-0)

Fucking amen!

Famous california / los angeles bullshit taxes put me out of business. I could have made it work, but all the taxes on top of other taxes on top of even more taxes makes it feel futile and pointless; if I just get a job for some stupid company I get to hypothetically keep more of the money that I earn at the end of the day, and its retarded.

But it do.

[ - ] con77 [op] 4 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 14:19:10 ago (+4/-0)

not to mention license and insurance.

[ - ] lord_nougat 4 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 14:22:32 ago (+4/-0)

Exactly! And on and on!

Every little thing costs extra... unless you're a crack addled nigger or illegal alien terrorist, then the city just hands you more than you could ever need on a silver platter.

[ - ] HeyJames 2 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 14:35:48 ago (+2/-0)

Crazy how they waive fees and provide loan forgiveness to these ass holes so readily. Then you hear horror
stories of "bad contractors" and "predatory business practices. Gee, wonder why!

[ - ] lord_nougat 2 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 15:06:03 ago (+2/-0)

The corruption in city hall is brazen.

'Bad contractors' and 'predatory business practices' simply mean someone didn't pay off the correct bureaucrat properly. Yet another cost of doing business!

[ - ] HeyJames 2 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 15:31:29 ago (+2/-0)

Yes I knew a guy who owned a successful retail business and had to pay bribery funds every month to a state inspector hush fund. This stuff happens every day, and in every city.

[ - ] lord_nougat 0 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 16:46:05 ago (+0/-0)

That reminds me of my wife's bar. She didn't own it, she was just one of the draws to the place; gotta have a couple of really hot bartenders in the mix. Probably why my place went out of business first...

Anyhow, one day, I was being a useless piece of shit at her bar. Someone else was bartending that morning, and the health inspector came in. I hated it when they did that at my place; it always meant wed all be staying late, cleaning random stuff that nobody ever looked at or used, or replacing caulking with different color caulking just because the inspector says so (that literally happened. TWICE!]! Anyhoo, so here we are in city center which meant little then as downtown was still kind of dead in the early 90s... and the gal at the bar disappeared upstairs to get the owner, who came down with some cigars, poured the guy something nice that they didn't sell there, and lit up with him. Pretty sure these were those Cuban cigars that the shopkeep on the other side of the building sold to the cops. I knew there was no way in hell this place could pass a health inspection, having gone through plenty of them. few cities over at my bar... but they got an A! (the new letter grading health inspector scores had just come into effect). There was a cockroach on the bar right in front of the inspector and the sink in the mens room was broken and the caulking was the wrong color! But the inspector and the owner just sat there puffing on their stogies, drinking their Scotch like old pals.

And yeah, the cops really did hang out and smoke Cuban cigars around the corner. We had a blast at that place, despite all the corruption.

I know several Europeans owning small businesses in Mexico and it's the same story over and over and over. Employees just stop showing up after they get some money until they spend it all. Rinse and repeat.

[ - ] Crackinjokes 3 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 12:17:00 ago (+3/-0)

Anyone else in the construction trade that can confirm this kind of stuff? Is this really widespread from your personal experience rather than rumor or is this just this guy's problem or a problem in a certain part of the country?

[ - ] HeyJames 2 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 12:37:24 ago (+2/-0)

Can tell you in the mechanical trades it is desperate like that. Got tired of my company and applied for like different ones. Took an offer for a decent raise and better work/life balance and the remaining companies are trying desperately to get me to change my mind. All called within a day or two of putting in the application.

[ - ] anothergoatinthewall 2 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 20:42:36 ago (+2/-0)

Not construction, but I was the head of IT for a Wyoming library system during a $6mil project. 99% of the labor were white, and the Monday where more than 50% of those who were supposed to be there, were actually there, was in the minority. Those that didn't show were split between being in county lockup (drunk, drugs, fighting, a dozen other reasons) and Still drunk/drugged up. A few just vanished forever. Our total build took 3 months longer Because of the labor shortages...

The only latinos I remember being on the project were the drywallers. They busted their humps.

I've also paid for a few home roof replacements over the years... white crews were lazy and took a Long freaking time, then flat out abandoned me when there were leaks within a few months (fucked up the flashing around a chimney). Latinos were there sun up to sun down, worked hard, kept my property clean and frankly did a better job.

I've never seen a nigger work. Wait, there was a mason... did shitty, sloppy work and I STILL regret hiring him for a house I don't even own anymore.

[ - ] RobertJHarsh 3 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 12:40:41 ago (+3/-0)

Not just blue collar. We've been trying to hire another IT manager for a year. Thought we had a guy and he just ghosted. NO ONE wants to work. In the 1930s we had a depression and people begged for work but now we're going into another depression with no one wanting to work. Boggles the fucking mind.

[ - ] DivineLight2 7 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 12:58:32 ago (+8/-1)

Salary range? Typically when I see "no one wants to work" it's for some combination of poor pay, poor benefits, poor conditions, too much work load/understaffed etc etc.

In short: no one wants to work for shit X
Competitive market and in getting full value for your labour.

[ - ] AnonymousLex 4 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 13:35:56 ago (+4/-0)

We CANT find someone who wants to work 3 hours on Wednesday night and the Sunday 2am shift. Oh woe is me why doesn't someone want to come in and get all of the most undesirable shit shifts? That absolutely tanks their strongest asset which is availability for the smallest possible reward I just don't get it

[ - ] lord_nougat 1 point 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 16:50:40 ago (+1/-0)*

Faggots.

I've been on call 24/7 for well over a decade at this faggot place now. I did get to have a vacation like 9 years ago. the last time we sailed to Catalina, damn it has been that long! I usually work every holiday and 2am on a Sunday is not that out of the ordinary... but Im working drunk for sure in that case. Probably.

And I am a manager, who is technically a part of IT.

[ - ] AryanPrime 5 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 13:21:27 ago (+6/-1)

many people are seperating from the jew run economic system...that's what many of these people don't understand

this isn't a "lazy thing" it's a revolution, an act of civil disobedience...rather then helping YOUR company out they are providing for themselves because they know they are worth more then you are offering.

Cost of living increase in the last 2 years, compare that to "wage increases" it's not even close...that's why people have trouble finding workers

Dude in video talks about "doesn't matter if I offer them 15 an hour or 40" I highly doubt he was referring to the same job when he said that. 15/h on construction site is a bitch job, you get stuck doing all the stamina draining tasks of hauling heavy things, not worth 15/h for that...40/h for something like a "professional" like a drywaller...lmfao...the amount of value adding drywall brings to a project dwarfs 40/h if you can do it at a decent pace, most pro's go twice as fast as that.

People simply don't understand, the people with skills are rejecting the jew run system...either your business must disconnect as well or it will crash because the US fiat dollar system is being destroyed purposefully...it will not be here for much longer (not sure exact time frame) but sooner rather then later

look at what's happening with the swift system...it's all connected

[ - ] Crackinjokes 1 point 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 13:36:04 ago (+1/-0)

I sort of agree with what you're saying. I think the way smart people look at work now is if this person is paying me this then I must be worth twice as much to them and they're going to profit that much off of me and it pisses people off and they don't want to do it. They'd rather go out there and try to find a side gig where they make all the money and the profit themselves. I sort of wonder if it's not a rejection of the employer employee model itself. That maybe if someone who had a contract to build a house and expect it to make $100,000 on the house instead opened up and said here's 75,000 of the profit it's going to be split among all the workers when we get this damn house finished and it would be more of a joint venture kind of situation. Now of course that's a complicated thing to arrange and difficult to actually put into practice but as a model I wonder if people wouldn't respond much better to that now. I think with the internet and doing so many things like being able to sell things yourself and create things yourself and sell directly online without lifting a muscle people who can afford to feed themselves and provide some kind of shelter over their head are referring to take a chance on building up a business like that rather than working for someone else at a fixed wage.

[ - ] AryanPrime 0 points 2.5 yearsOct 29, 2022 13:08:32 ago (+0/-0)

"i must be worth twice as much"

Yes thank you, people think this is somehow "entitled"...but math it out...if my "construction" job that paid 20 an hour 3 years ago, given the rising cost of living, asking for more is not only the smart thing to do, it's the basic common sense thing to do

also people are becoming more aware of the "praeto" principle(sp) and recognize they are one of the 20% who contributes and are refusing to "contribute" at lower pay anymore.

Yes I'd rather work for 40/hour self employed then make 50/h at "your" job and take home like 32/h after taxes...self employed people don't have "taxes" stolen from them before they get their cash...and income tax is entirely voluntary, people don't seem to realize that

So why would I pay a voluntary "tax" to work for someone else for less money per hour then I'd make if I just did that job myself as a "side contractor"

Look at IT...think IT "contractor" but every job on the planet...that's where we are heading i think

[ - ] AryanPrime 0 points 2.5 yearsOct 29, 2022 13:12:06 ago (+0/-0)

another example around me

Ad for cnc operator, 30 dollars an hour spitting out parts that will net between 700-800 dollars an hour in profit, not just revenue

offer me 30/h to make you 800/h? gfy greedy fuck

"OMG I SPENT THE MONEY ON ESTABLISHING AND BUILDING THE BUSINESS"

no...you used existing internet infrastructure to expand your market reach, you paid like 10k for a high duty cnc machine you can't even operate because you don't know the software (boomer)

you've already bragged about it making you 55k, so you've "made your investment back" so the claim of "i need to make my investment back" is just gaslighting

it's like people think they can just keep lying to us and we will tolerate it and accept what they say as "reality"

Unemployment, welfare, government housing, free cell phones, snap cards, there's an ocean of free shit being handed out instead of our taxes being used to make the country improvements, it's being used to allow niggers and bums a life without any work.

[ - ] Sector7 3 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 13:05:48 ago (+3/-0)

Doesn't the US currently have one of the lowest unemployment in a long time?

Lots of people are working, but, poorly planned businesses can't attract talent due to low wages on offer. They survived after taking out large tax payer funded loans and then not paying them back.

[ - ] s23erdctfvyg 1 point 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 13:42:27 ago (+1/-0)

this is why contractors hire mexicans
Not really, they hire them for the same reason normies think blacks are human. The notion that southerners are better workers is a lie that has been beat in to American's head through media. If you want proof of this, look at the condition of southern nations.

[ - ] Crackinjokes 1 point 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 13:43:07 ago (+1/-0)

The guy says he pays 15-40 an hour. Course what he's not realizing is or not stating and it's not his fault is that if you're actually paying somebody that gross then they're really only taking home seven or eight to 20 bucks an hour and even the 20 bucks an hour high side of that is impossible to live on anywhere now. So you're better off eating beans and living in a shack and starting your own online business rather than working for those kind of wages now. It's really a function of how much the dollar has devalued and how much rents and other things have gone up. I think it's also a function of perhaps internet kids mindsets. They've seen so many other people go out and start businesses and get rich that unlike our parents they just don't think of themselves as doing good for the community by going and working for someone else. They think of themselves as going out there and starting something and providing something on their own and making money themselves. At least whatever percentage of people that used to be the workers. Now then again there are the layabouts and the lazy who don't do any of that but I'm not really talking about that sector because I don't think those people would be out there building and doing construction in the first place.

I really think that perhaps the employer employee model really maybe somehow on its way out and I'm not sure that there's anything that can really replace it.

The other thing is it's the flip side of people not being married and having kids. One of the reasons that people were forced to go to work and endure all kinds of struggles to keep their job and keep a steady paycheck was in the past people got married and had kids and if you didn't do it you watched your kids starve and you got embarrassed by your wife. Now since so many people are not getting married and they don't have kids they really can afford to do whatever the hell they want and go out there and spend their whole life eating beans and living in a shack while they try to build their own empire or just choosing to continue to eat beans and live in a shack and play video games although it all day long which let's face it are far more engrossing and interesting then most of regular life today. So if you could sit in a nice gaming chair and eat beans all day and Twinkies well immersing yourself in a virtual reality that is far more interesting and provides you with far more instant rewards then your real life probably ever could then I'm not sure how many people are going to choose real life. And I think that's one of the things that's going on as well.

[ - ] Sector7 0 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 13:01:46 ago (+0/-0)

There were no 'phones' when I did construction, but there were drugs. Buildings would be square to an 1/8 inch though. Note that if you take a job from a dot Indian, you're guaranteed to lose money.

Building itself is fun. As a way to earn money, your life will be a struggle.

And unless this guy is paying workers under the table, you'll literally be working for your own destruction by paying taxes to support the cabal.

[ - ] con77 [op] 2 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 13:06:31 ago (+2/-0)

'square'? where was that? Ive never seen a square room or a flat floor.

[ - ] Sector7 0 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 14:11:56 ago (+0/-0)

Ha, I've seen rooms that could practically be turned into a kiddy pool. Stretch a line across and just shake your head. Or these day, post it to social media.

Say what you will about the beaners, and they are a problem, but they ae way better than niggers.

Now Venezuelans? 20+ years of communism. They are lazy as they come.

[ - ] Centaurus 0 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 18:48:54 ago (+0/-0)

They are only "good workers" because they shouldn't even be here. If they were such "good workers" then mexico would be a powerhouse. Mexico is a shithole and mexicans are not "good workers".

[ - ] recon_johnny 0 points 2.5 yearsOct 28, 2022 22:16:00 ago (+0/-0)

That's bullshit. I worked construction doing framing. Wooden residential on slabs. It's all we did. Only fucking messicans were hired...BECAUSE THEY WERE FUCKING CHEAP. All "piece-work", so instead of $25/hr, you get maybe $12 when all is said and done.

This guy doesn't say who he tried to hire. We have no idea. Stop making it seem like White men won't do this.

[ - ] LookFat 0 points 2.5 yearsOct 29, 2022 06:11:11 ago (+0/-0)
