This is a non starter. I won't say it won't be charged because well, JOOZ. And it wouldn't surprise me if this was a put up for that very reason but the "potential" charges are just ridiculous. A hate crime? To who? They said the jigs it was meant for were out of ear shot. It's such a fundamental 1st amendment issue it's laughable! Whether or not someone will execute it remains to be seen.

Edit:
Houma police say the investigation is ongoing, and ultimately it will be up to the district attorney’s office to accept or reject the charges.
So the police brought up the charges. Anyone know who the families are, it would be good to send them the relevant laws pertaining to deprivations of rights.
