The Chinese are in 110 nations at present and are setting up these spy watchhouses acting as "police" to arrest Chinese citizens expatriated for wrongthink against the CCP of Beijing. They are now illegally arresting provocateurs outside of their national borders.

These "police stations" are emergent in every Sino-concentrated area around international China towns, kidnapping any Chinese citizen that dares speak ill of the ruling communist party.
