how do I get my score?

I don't even remember what prompted it anymore, probably some article about "contact tracing" through phones, but I remember a time through a good stretch of the pandemic where I'd leave my phone at home and pay in cash at stores. I worked from home at the time, so it was always a short amount of time, but I guess whatever I heard was enough to make me not want to risk it.
