New York City’s controversial COVID-19 vaccine mandate for municipal workers was enacted illegally and all employees who were fired for refusing to comply must be immediately reinstated with back pay, a state judge has ruled.

yes it could happen but i wonder if this fiasco was allowed to happen so that the affected citizenry would sue the city,the state in to oblivion and thus bringing an economic crisis of epic proportions to the forefront
