Count the number of seconds it takes to read this with no distractions...now multiply those seconds by the speed of approaching traffic ie 70MPH, that = 104 fps, that's one third the length of a football field...may I suggest that you hang 5 word banners at a dozen or so overpasses, but then by that time attention deficit sets in and nobody knows what the fuck is going on...and what if it's niggers out for a joy ride who can't even read their own arrest warrants?
