The new Slipknot album is pure soy

It's bad. Really bad. All the songs are too long with pointless intros that last like 2 minutes. It's not cohesive, there's no flow in the track listing. The first song almost put me to sleep. Chapletown (cum) Rag is the only semi-decent song on the album. 0/10. Don't even waste your time.

It's soy just because it sucks? Let's not overuse a term until it means nothing like lefty faggots do. No, the album's not good but that doesn't make it soy.

and how the fuck were Slipknot ever hardcore? Screamo or Numetal more likely.

They're a gimmick band, manufactured by a record company for the sake of money. They are sold as an edgy "metal" band to give all soyboys the impression that they're tough for listening to the shit - when their wives allow them to listen to the shit music to start off with.

But they're not soy. Let's not overuse the term. People like Jason Mraz and all those bands only women listen to like Train are soy. Clearly Slipknot is a gimmick but not soy.

As far as metal goes for me 80s thrash was its pinnacle, metal sucks in general

To me their debut was the only good album. Iowa was semi-decent. I wont listen to anything with the weinberg kike behind the kit.

I agree. I've been an on & off fan since I saw them at OzzFest '99 and saw them live 5 more times between 99-2000.
Iowa sounds like a rushed mess. I don't like that album because I personally have too many bad memories associated with it - lots of bad shit happened in my life right after it was released and I was trying my hardest to get into that album but it felt a bit overproduced and not as raw as the self-titled album.
I don't like Jay either - he doesn't have shit on Joey, but the band needed a jewish handler after Paul died - he was a jew. I have a schizo theory that their management or label may have killed him because the band was losing their fanbase after All Hope Is Gone and there were rumors that they were gonna break up, so in order to boost album & merch sales, just kill off one of the band members.
