Some ways in which they might:

Granting political legitimacy to one side of a conflict through their messaging.
Acting as a gate keeper to foreign aid which is acquired often through theft from you and me. (We can put in a bad word an say you don't deserve aid, not only from us, but national entities as well.)
Promises that this guy will produce media that will be favorable.
Threats to put in a bad word with the UN and revoked legitimacy if they don't make NGOs happy.

As we know, no civil wars are kicked off anywhere in which international jews and the kikes in the CIA are not complicit.

They discovered oil in this area a couple decades ago and that’s why South Sudan had to have a “spontaneous popular uprising” against Sudan. Which was probably the worst thing ever for these people who are even more primative than the people in the north.

South Sudanese are more “pure” african as you can see compared to the northern Sudanese who speak some sort of afro-asiatic language because they are more heavily mixed with middle easterners.
