The point of jews calling people anti-semites is to both shift blame away from just jews, to a fairly large group, and to make the accuses appear insane as how could someone be against such a massive and varied group.

The counter argument is to point this out, and say you are explicitly anti-jew due to their hostile, terroristic, and flagrantly genocidal actions towards your people.
