I can't access this sit on my phone anymore

tried multiple browsers with and without a vpn to no avail. any idea why that would be?

it doesn't work with a vpn and it just started happening today

That is cloudflare blocking that IP.

If you have a different IP by using a VPN, you should not have that issue, although you may need to cycle through a few different vpn connections to get an address that works.
