Lard is good for you. It also doesn't need refrigeration. It's found in the grocery aisle next to the cooking oil. Usually in a box that looks like what butter sticks come in.

It's animal fat. Remember like humans animals store their excess energy and vitamins in their fat. That's why it's good for you.
