This reminds me of the multi season show Dicing with Death, primarily about road systems in third world countries.
In most of the Asian and Hispanic episodes show how when people get stuck on the road, many from the community will help them. When it comes to the African episodes, the locals intentionally sabatoge the road so they can charge the motorist to push them out. They are the worst people in the world. Seems surprisingly functional for a country full of niggers. Looks like they've probably had some positive admixture mostly from India and SE Asia. Interesting.
Yes, but it seems like the villagers are definitely a little more capable than the average african or aboriginal niggers. There's only so much we can glean from a single documentary, but the niggers know not to sleep in the road or build a campfire in their house, at least not one with a flammable floor. A few of the niggers shown seem to be capable of maintaining their vehicles, and there are a lot of niggers driving around. They exhibit phenotypes that suggest admixture with nearby ocean fairing populations.
I just think it's interesting to see the results of that since the base nigger DNA is likely from the lowest form of nigger, aborigines. It's a similar overall effect to what we see in other regions where multiple ethnic groups have a history of intersecting, like the portion of africa north of the Sahara and near the middle east.
