If you've never heard of "sexual" ghosts, look into some of what's been reported to have happened at the Saint Francis Inn, in Saint Augustine, Florida. I lived there for a while and worked as a waiter. I heard stories from customers about their experience with the spectre. These were tourists that were staying there, mind you. Second hand account here, but I heard it as a first hand account.
