it appears that way, so many deaths from wealthy people and influential too. oligarchs that got their power because they or their family members where once members of the upper echelons of the communist party that as soon as the soviet empire collapsed they changed their colors and used their influence and power to become "capitalists"

anyhow, something is happening that's for sure. where it will lead to? i have no idea
