I've cleaned these out before. It doesn't matter how much you scrub or what chemicals you use, you will never fully get the dumpster juice smell out of them. The plastic absorbs it or something.

i don't disagree with anything you have said, but i think you are missing the joke here. he is in a bin, with a fruity drink, next to the sidewalk. he is asking for that interaction. his whole intent is to get the attention. now that i think about it, the whole video is probably fake and staged. fake or not, it's a joke. i'm just having fun expanding on the joke.

That's just it as well, having a bit of fun with the neighbors while drunk. Grab a bin from home depot or wherever, fill with water, sit around being an old drunk guy making snarky/funny comments to passers by.
