In case of an emergency, being in this woman's station, between two people with this level of obesity, is an authentic liability. A basic amount of mobility and physical facility has to be an expectation in society. Imagine being in an emergency that demanded you exit the plane quickly, along with everyone else.

How handicapped would you be between/behind these lard-asses? It's not unthinkable that they wouldn't even move, say, if the plane touched down in water and began to sink. So we see that it isn't just a problem of obesity and lack of mobility, but of the attached lack of intelligence and motivation. It's a clusterfuck of terrible traits that make someone dangerous.

The only way these people aren't dangers to others is when they are sat down, isolated in their own houses. Let emergency services worry about them at that point, but for many things in public to be safe assumes humans with at least a modicum of physical ability.

Not to mention our government is currently subsidizing the healthcare of these walruses using the tax dollars of productive persons. We are literally paying these people to be dangers and drains on our own wellbeing, since every dollar diverted to their avoidable conditions is a dollar not going to something that betters the tax payer's environment.

If it's unsafe to have a laptop in my lap for takeoff then certainly sitting between two cows is too. And to rule that such a cow can't clog an emergency exit doesn't help the poor bastard wedged between them during an evacuation. These cows should be window seat only, and should be considered expendable during evac. Airlines should distribute seat room according to a gaussian distribution and make you buy the minimum seat for your weight. If you're 240 lbs, buy the 250lbs seat because if you're 1 lbs over you're not going. This isn't the solution, but it will work.

Fat fucks don’t want to sit next to each other because they slop over into each other’s space. Before fat shaming was a thing, airlines charged these whales 2x for needing two seats. The airlines should pull out the back 4 rows and make those 3 seats into two seats. That’s where the fat fuckos go, at a 1.5 price increase. That’s two fat fucks comfortably seated at the prices of what was, three seats for a normal human being. If the plane is making a run and can’t fill the fat fuck seats with fat fucks, bump a normal human to an extra roomy, first class width seat ,for a slight up charge. In they can’t fill the seats, the airline has to eat it.

A normal human shouldn’t have to put up with two huge she-boons flowing over their arm rests, while the airlines shrugs their shoulders like they can’t do anything about it.

Been there, done that. 2008, nonstop flight from east coast to west. Wedged between two obese women the whole time. I asked to be moved and was refused. They were so fat that they spilled into my lap. Couldn't even put on the seatbelt for take off and landing.

I did get a free return flight out of it, but still.
