An off-duty police officer was among those killed by the suspect, who police only described as a white, juvenile male. He was arrested around 9:37 p.m., authorities said. His identity and age weren't released.

You know why I know all these mass shootings are fake? Or not planned and thought out at all?
Any semi intelligent person who wanted to do a real mass casualty event could do it much better with out an ar15 or any gun... but if you were going to use a gun a veper 12 or multiple hand guns would be better or a vepr12 and hand guns. 25 round drum of 12 gauge buck shot would do much more damage.
Anyways a pressure washer with fuel made into a flamethrower would also work much better as well.

Did they deserve it? Usually if the shooter is white and not on SSRIs or meth or actually jewish, eight times out of ten there is a reasonable explanation.
