TLDR; Paying a US citizen programmer who lives in Russia with US payment systems violated the ethics of pro Ukraine cucks.

OCaml is like Haskell but a bit less prescriptive in programming ideologies. It's an ML dialect: https://ocaml.org/.

And yeah dream is yet another attempt to make web programming not suck.
