They’ve been taking a lot of heat, so PayPal shut it down. That they would even think of something like this and announce it shows what kind of kikes they are. Don’t do business with them.

Stripe has some nice features.

What's extra disturbing is how do they find out what you think or what points of view you have.

Everything is connected, especially your computer.

PayPal is already mad at me for the few thousand dollars of debt I owe them and haven’t paid on for almost 6 months now. Fuck it. Tack on another $2500! FUCK NIGGERS!

[ - ] La_Chalupacabra 2 points 2.7 yearsOct 8, 2022 15:32:35 ago (+2/-0)

Can they prove actual damages, though?
And what standing do they have when they don't have a contractual or business relationship with websites where said "infractions" occur?

This reminds me of something else they pulled a while back: I received an email from PayPal with a promotion for $5 of crypto.
My first thought was, "Yeah, right, like I want to give you my wallet ID so you can track my purchases across the web..."
Looks like I was right.

All one would have to say is that the holocaust never happened, in minecraft. NPC's lose their shit over that one.

[ - ] ForgottenMemes 2 points 2.7 yearsOct 8, 2022 16:10:33 ago (+2/-0)*

This is potentially legal, normally any company that tried this would get "lol, I'm not paying you" as a response, however since they're holding your money they can just take it. Much in the same way a landlord could keep your security deposit for whatever made up reason, so long as it was in the contract you agreed to.

It could be considered fraud if it's retroactively applied to existing accounts, but it's very unlikely anyone will go to jail over it.

When they get sued over this they'll likely be forced to give the money back. Judges have quite a bit of leeway when it comes to this kind of non-sense thing slipped into a contract and will often void it.

It's funny renting (in the past) I have gotten 100% of deposits back, 90%, 50%, and 0%, and I've been told I owe them money (though never paid). I ain't changed. I mean, circumstances, but essentially all properties have been returned to landlord modulo landlord's willingness to do maintenance. It essentially depends on how scummy they are. Big corps have given the most deposits back because they have procedures like prorate the carpet, paint, and move on, and they pay maintenance people. Out-of-town old asshole landlords with 1 property have been the worst, because they essentially don't do anything and don't want to pay for anything. I had one guy who I specifically put in the lease had to pay someone to take care of his own pool, refuse to pay the pool company, and then blame me when there were cracks in it or some shit.

They consider it "administrative costs" for dealing with an account which violates their terms. Of course they don't disclose those costs but apparently the cost of not having freedom is $2,500 per incident of acting like you have freedom.

How exactly does this work? Does GayPal have a forum where you can post information or do people use their real names to create Jewtube or Kikebook accounts and GayPal is going to hire a team of glowniggers to monitor your every post on all platforms based on hard to identify information like name? Thousands of people have my name, some probably share my birthdate, how exactly is GayPal going to do this? Will goy be expected to register all their social media accounts with GayPal?

I suspect most, if not all, of the big tech companies are working behind the scenes to create a global ID for everyone and they share everything between themselves to compile a record of all your online activity and anything that gets processed through their systems (shopping with cards instead of cash, for instance.)
Essentially, private industry building the total digital panoptican that the government legally cannot (which isn't to say they don't; parallel construction exists.)

[ - ] TheYiddler 0 points 2.7 yearsOct 9, 2022 07:10:39 ago (+0/-0)

Spot on. This is why everything needs an email. And more recently a phone number. It's all about tracking users across sites.

[ - ] Swej_Ehtsag 0 points 2.7 yearsOct 9, 2022 12:42:30 ago (+0/-0)

Ah... capitalism, I remember this from school. It's where all corporations do and act the exact same way on every single thing and have no intention of competing with each other in any way but colluding, almost as though, they were all owned by a single group of people and not a free market.

[ - ] bonghits4jeebus 1 point 2.7 yearsOct 8, 2022 18:52:24 ago (+1/-0)

PayPal is a criminal organization that gets away with a lot. They have been sued. You can probably even win, but that doesn't mean they won't keep someone else's money.

[ - ] 3Whuurs 0 points 2.7 yearsOct 8, 2022 17:09:41 ago (+0/-0)

If you post misinformation “where”?

[ - ] Redhairin 0 points 2.7 yearsOct 8, 2022 23:28:55 ago (+0/-0)

I don't have any money in Paypal, and if they try to raid my bank account, their shit will hit my fan. I've never used Twatter, Fakebook or Venmo, and flipped Reddit the bird years ago, so I doubt they can censor me. If push comes to shove I can live without Paypal, just like I have lived without Baldo Besos' Amazon.

if they get away with this illegal thing, they must be protected and even encouraged by the government.

[ - ] GoyimNose_1948 0 points 2.7 yearsOct 9, 2022 10:30:45 ago (+0/-0)

The government doesn't like competition.
