Fuck that dude. His name is Timothy Treadwell, and he relaxed. And his girlfriend relaxed. They're both bear shit now. Grizzlies aren't friends. People are fucking stupid. I know one user here is going to tell me all about his domestic bears, but this shit ain't it. Don't make yourself the only food for hundreds of miles. I remember years ago a vid was posted at LiveLeak where a bear ate the guys leg while he was still alive. The bear ate him alive.

As largely scavengers they don't seem to have the "drag it down and rip its throat out" instinct of a predator species. It probably ate that guy at the same pace it would eat a berry bush. Bad way to go.

Exactly. It was horrible. It ate all the meat off the top of his leg first. all you could see was his femur and nothing else.
