My family owns some properties, and I tagged along with my dad to one of the houses to collect rent money (the tenants were niggers; so of course, they didn't have the money and were evicted. So the visit was more a formality than anything else.) We came back about a month later to clean up the nigged up mess, and I will never forget the dishwasher. It was full of plates caked with food, not even rinsed. There was still a pool of water on the bottom of it, and there were fucking mostly-eaten fried chicken scraps floating around in the water, bones and all. How fucking stupid do you have to be to not understand that that shit won't go down the drain? What do niggers think happens in a dishwasher?

Anyways... He sold a bunch of the houses after another nigger burned one down with a kitchen fire during the covid-landlord-fuckening and only kept the ones that were occupied by whites that always paid their rent. I kept telling him not to rent to niggers, but he's a boomer and didn't want to believe niggers were THAT fucking retarded and irresponsible. He understands now, but it took a lot of first-hand convincing to get there. He now admits that niggers are very different from us, violent, irresponsible, and retarded.
