All I know is from tlolcaust where Dangus said "if you're cool we would've already given you an invite", which implies to me he has an operational role.

Sorry. The most informative link is the first one below. Apparently this wannabe Voat site is trying to poach goats from this site and apparently dangus is the Chief Poacher who is sending out invites to cool people. I've received one. If you haven't then don't take it too personally.
