That circumference plate would be a typical 45lb plate. If a 45 was thrown at her frame ~estimating a 120lb body, at that speed, you would have seen her entire upper body THROWN hard to her left, maybe even off her feet horizontally, instead it bounced off her shoulder barely moving her frame, like she was hit with a fucking tennis ball, and she fell straight down because she anticipated it. Fake plates, the whole video is a setup. And it just so happens her friend is doing fucking squats, not real squats where you fully stand up, but staying bent knee to make sure her ass is always exploded out just to amplify the clicks. Give me a break man, this isn't voat quality, put it on jewtube, get 2 million clicks, collect your scam money.
