My 3 year old is so much wiser than his years. I felt such shame as I cancelled my Amazon Prime membership and threw the TV into the garbage bin.

I stream the redzone channel on Sundays and they don't have commercials. From 1 PM to 8 PM they just jump from game to game with no commercials breaks. Even if all the games are at halftime they'll show highlights from the games.

There's a chick that I work with that is completely obsessed with "her team". I think the only reason she's like that is so she fits in. She's a single mother in her 40's, and I think her obsession with the team is just a manifestation of her desperation to be a part of something other people deem meaningful. Every weekend she defiles herself with fireball to the point of total intoxication. She should be fucking embarrassed, but she's not. She's super proud of herself for getting wasted, yelling at the television, and letting her 9 year old kid run free at the bar.

Never got the obsession with niggerball in the states. Moreso than other sportsball games, like football or tennis etc.

The league has no meaning, no changes, no demotion, your team can literally fucking move to another city and somehow gather new fans there. Is every fan plastic?

American football was somewhat like combat, much moreso than soccer or baseball. Every play you're breaking through the defensive line. While the NFL used to be more brutal due to lack of rules, there was more strategy and tactics involved than many sports. Also the players weighed 100lbs less and were slower so they didn't really need all of pads and rules they have now.

More like rugby or Gaelic rules football? Can see the appeal if you where old enough to become full on niggerball that it is now.
I used to play rugby in school and enjoyed the brute strength aspect, especially as I wasn't skilled enough for football.

Agree. In the past, I could list every player at every position on my fav NFL team. Now, I couldn't name a single player. I'm tired of supporting this beast. I am now much happier, have much more time in the weekend and spend the extra time watching my kids sports or working out.

My pastor left his former church in Kentucky by walking out and saying loudly to everyone, "You say you worship Christ, but then you're all gonna go home today and watch those niggers play basketball and worship false idols" and then walked out of the church. ;)

When I was a kid and into my teens I played football on the team. For reasons, I quit playing. At that point I stopped watching any kind of sportsball. This all mean I haven't followed any pro sports for 35 years. Doing my part
