I don't even like my loud car because it draws attention for nothing.. This cop is an asshole but I'm pretty sure it's very clear that using track mode completely bypasses equipment 'required' by law to operate the vehicle on public roads, and likely adds a fair bit of artificial exhaust crackle which sounds completely ridiculous at low cruising speeds. So either he sounds like an asshole cruising through residential areas for the sake of making noise or he was racing through a residential area.
I had to put mufflers on my car because it sounded retarded when I bought it.
