Tanzania had a genocide of white farmers and they where starving and begging them to come back in a couple of years. This had also caused inflation and destroyed the economy.

They begged the international community for aid and got ignored.

They then took out massive loans and offered the farmers compensation if they came back.

Not sure how the situation is now. But everyone suffered when the farmers left. South Africans should do the same.

Russia is offering free land in Kamchatka.
